Heather Harner, CNM

Heather’s path to midwifery has been a journey to say the least! She started working Labor & Delivery at Northside Hospital Atlanta as a nurse in 2012 – the very same hospital where she was born! During her time there, Heather came to see how midwives cared for their patients, and she fell in love with the idea of caring for patients as more than a nurse. Heather went back to school while continuing to work and graduated in 2016 with her Master of Science in Nursing degree. As a fun fact, Heather has felt privileged to have worked as a midwife at all 3 Northside locations! She currently lives at home with her husband and daughter. They have two dogs they adore and treat like their own kiddos. Heather’s family enjoys traveling, being outside and finding any time to spend together!
